Le service d'immuno-hématologie clinique est spécialisé dans le dépistage et la prise en charge des personnes vivant avec le VIH (PVVIH) et/ou atteintes d'une hépatite virale B ou C au sein d'une structure dédiée pluridisciplinaire.

Le service d'immuno-hématologie clinique propose :

  • le dépistage du VIH, hépatites virales et Infections sexuellement transmissibles (IST)
  • le suivi d'AEV (Accidents d'Exposition aux Virus) sexuels ou sanguins
  • une prise en charge rapide en cas de dépistage ou de TROD positif
  • des consultations sans rendez-vous pour les patients suivis dans l'unité et celles nouvellement dépistées ou victimes d’un accident d’exposition (du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 16h)
  • la prise en charge thérapeutique des hépatites virales avec un accompagnement personnalisé et pluridisciplinaire (hépatologue, psychiatre, psychologue, addictologue, diététicienne, infirmière d'aide à l'observance des traitements) pour les personnes initiant un traitement pour leur hépatite C
  • une évaluation/surveillance de la fibrose hépatique par élastométrie/Fibroscan®
  • le dépistage du cancer du col (Colposcopie), du cancer anal (anuscopie haute résolution) et des cancers cutanés (consultation de dermatologie)
  • un programme d'éducation thérapeutique centré sur l'infection par le VIH et ses morbidités agrée par l'Agence Régionale de Santé
  • des activités de bien être
  • dépistage des troubles neurocognitifs liés au VIH (consultation de neuropsychologie)
  • programme d’aide au sevrage tabagique
  • bilan de synthèse annuelle en Hôpital de jour (bilan des complications liées au VIH), selon les recommandations des experts
  • consultations pluridisciplinaires selon le parcours de soins personnalisé défini pour chaque patient
  • département de recherche clinique intégré au service clinique permettant de vous proposer de participer aux derniers protocoles

 

Pour faciliter le quotidien des personnes suivies dans l'unité, le service dispose :

  • d’une antenne de la pharmacie centrale des hôpitaux qui permet d’assurer la dispensation des thérapeutiques antirétrovirales et des traitements de l'hépatite C par un pharmacien au sein même du service
  • d’un bureau des entrées qui permet de faciliter les démarches administratives

L’activité de Recherche Clinique est réalisée en partenariat avec l’Agence Nationale de Recherche sur le SIDA et les hépatites virales (ANRS), l’Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Marseille, et l’Industrie Pharmaceutique.

 

Cette activité de recherche s’appuie sur un Département de Recherche Clinique doté d’un personnel dédié formé aux bonnes pratiques cliniques  comprenant deux médecins seniors, un Moniteur d’Etudes Cliniques (ANRS), cinq ingénieurs de recherche.
 
Elle est développée autour de différentes thématiques :

  • l’évaluation de nouvelles molécules pour le traitement de l’infection par le VIH et des hépatites virales B et C. L’accès à ces traitements est ainsi facilité pour les patients en situation d’échec thérapeutique
  • le réservoir viral et la reconstitution immunitaire sous traitement antirétroviral efficace et les mécanisme impliqués dans la persistance d’une activation immunitaire délétère
  • l’exploration et la gestion des co-morbidités secondaires au virus VIH et aux thérapeutiques antirétrovirales
  • le dépistage/diagnostic précoce des cancers (col, canal anal, poumon, …)

 

L’unité est par ailleurs centre national pour la recherche vaccinale anti VIH chez les volontaires sains depuis 2001.
