Centre régional de pathologies professionnelles et environnementales - CRPPE - Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

Au sein du service de médecine et santé au travail, un centre de consultations de pathologies professionnelles (CCPP) a été créé à Marseille en 1994 par le Pr Lehucher-Michel à l'Hôpital de la Timone, pour répondre aux sollicitations des travailleurs concernant des troubles de la santé suspectés d’être en lien avec leur activité professionnelle.

Les consultants sont adressés par les médecins du travail des Bouches-du-Rhône ou d'un autre département de la région, mais aussi par des médecins de ville ou hospitaliers.

En 2025, 2 autres sites hospitaliers permettent de répondre aux besoins de la population, l’un sur Gap, le second sur Martigues,

Les médecins du CRPPE PACA sont disposés à délivrer aux médecins du travail, médecins traitants, médecins hospitaliers qui le souhaitent des avis/conseils dans les situations suivantes :

Le diagnostic étiologique d’une pathologie susceptible d’être en lien avec une exposition professionnelle ou environnementale d’un patient

L’émission pour un salarié d’un avis pour une aptitude difficile à un poste de travail notamment dans le cas d’une maladie chronique ou d’une souffrance au travail

Le suivi en santé post-professionnel / post exposition de salariés lorsque le risque lié à une exposition antérieure à risque est difficilement déterminable par le médecin du travail (en visite de départ pour fin d’exposition / mise à la retraite

L’émission d’avis sur les risques reprotoxiques professionnels et environnementaux

Il convient que les personnes soient adressées par leur médecin avec un courrier médical à remettre au secrétariat du CRPPE (Dominique DUCHATEL) auprès duquel ils prendront leur rendez-vous (Téléphone : 04 91 38 50 90 ou par mail : dominique.duchatel@ap-hm.fr).
