Techniques et traitements
Techniques et traitements: 

Plusieurs modalités de prise en charge sont possibles :

 

  • Hospitalisation conventionnelle : 30 lits au 11ème étage.
    S’adresse à tous types de patients et d’interventions.

 

  • Hospitalisation de jour : un lit au 12ème étage.
    S’adresse aux patients qui doivent avoir un ou plusieurs examens sans anesthésie dans la journée. Par exemple certains examens avant chirurgie de l’obésité ou avant ou après transplantation hépatique.

 

Thérapeutique :

 

Plusieurs types de chirurgie peuvent être proposés, en fonction de la pathologie traitée :

 

  • Chirurgie conventionnelle :
    - Chirurgie hépato-biliaire (par ex. cholécystectomie, hépatectomie)
    - Chirurgie gastrique (par ex. gastrectomies)
    - Chirurgie pancréatique (par ex. pancréatectomies)
    - Chirurgie colo-rectale (par ex. colectomies et proctectomies)
    - Chirurgie de la paroi abdominale (par ex. hernies, éventrations)

 

  • Chirurgie cœlioscopique :
    - Chirurgie hépato-biliaire (par ex. cholécystectomie, kystes du foie)
    - Chirurgie de la paroi abdominale (par ex. hernies, éventrations)
    - Chirurgie d’urgence (par ex. appendicectomie, occlusion)

 

  • Transplantation hépatique : traitement des maladies aiguës et chroniques du foie
    - Cirrhoses graves
    - Hépatites aiguës graves
    - Cancers du foie sur cirrhos
